Our banking provider may request additional information about a transfer to meet its bank’s compliance requirements. This is called a Request for Information (RFI) and does not automatically mean your transfer has been rejected.
How do I respond?
Open your Transaction History and select the transfer.
If it shows Action Required, open the request by selecting "Provide details":
Answer the questions and upload any requested supporting documents.
Submit your response directly there.
If a response deadline is shown, submit your response before it expires.
What information will I need to provide?
Depending on the request, you may be asked to:
Confirm that you authorized the transfer and that it is legitimate.
Explain the purpose of the transfer.
Explain the source of the funds, including how they were obtained.
Upload supporting documents for your explanation.
Answer additional questions included in the request.
Follow the specific questions shown in your form.
What happens after I submit?
Your response will be reviewed and provided to our banking provider as applicable. Additional information may be requested before the review can be completed.
Submitting your response does not guarantee approval or immediate completion of the transfer. You can check the transfer’s latest status in Transaction History.
